CXApp announced Beat on October 6, 2026, a web-based AI agent designed to identify stalled work, prepare the next action and carry it out only after the user approves it. The initial release targets engineers, product and project managers, founders and small teams.

Beat connects to Jira, GitHub, Slack and Granola. CXApp says it can read Jira tickets and boards, inspect GitHub repositories and pull requests, find Slack recipients, and turn Granola meeting summaries into drafted work. Its proposed actions include drafting pull-request reviews, creating or updating tickets and preparing messages. The company says Beat does not write or commit code, and it does not post or change anything until the user approves the action.

Access is limited for now. The product page accepts sign-ups for free beta access, with the company contacting applicants. It says limited availability begins November 1, 2026, and general availability plus paid plans begin January 1, 2027. The listed starting prices are US$29 per month for one person or US$75 per month for a three-person team; the beta is free. CXApp does not specify regional restrictions on the page.

CXApp claims Beat can save between 30 minutes and two hours per day, but describes its pilot as the process for measuring that figure across more teams. Treat the estimate as a company claim, not an independently verified result.

The product’s main distinction is that it monitors connected work queues and prepares actions proactively, while retaining an explicit approval step. That makes connector permissions and the quality of generated reviews or tickets important areas for beta users to evaluate.
